I can and I will.
I can and I will.
Dilip Kumar Jain is a Senior Mathematics faculty member at The Radiant Academy in Udaipur.
Dilip was born and brought up in Kota. He completed his schooling in Bal Vidyalaya and did his graduation from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Initially, he worked with the coaching institute, Resonance, as a math faculty member in Mumbai for three years. Then he went to Udaipur to continue the same work.
Recalling his childhood, Dilip says that he remembers his school days that he enjoyed with his friends. He also used to have fun during vacations.
Dilip shares that after finishing 12th grade, he pursued engineering in Electronics and Communication. He was always interested in Mathematics and finally gravitated towards the teaching profession. He was adept at explaining things to others, so he opted to pursue a career in education rather than in the Information Technology field.
Talking about his struggles, Dilip says that the most difficult difficulty he has faced is keeping up with the times. He went through numerous ups and downs, but he constantly attempted to conquer them. Recently, he faced the difficulty of motivating students to continue their education due to the aftereffects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Because students have become accustomed to online coaching, getting them back to classrooms is the most difficult assignment for teachers.
Dilip advises that at the time of the initial period in any field, it is important to understand that field deeply and to put in hard work as well as extra effort. In the teaching field, one should have proper and deep subject knowledge. As a teacher, it is important to learn new things and to keep yourself updated. In the teaching field, subjective knowledge, classroom delivery, discipline, and setting a role model for students are required to mold the students.
When asked about his mistakes, Dilip says that he doesn’t have any regrets in life as he always makes decisions according to the present moment and future considerations.
Comparing education and experience, Dilip says that these are two sides of the same coin and both have their own importance. The priority of education and experience changes according to time and situation. After completing education, experience is helpful in establishing, maintaining, and proceeding in your profession.
If given a time machine to go back in time, Dilip would relive his school days.
In his spare time, Dilip likes to play sports, cook, and shop.
