Diksha Madaan's journey into teaching began unexpectedly, a serendipitous encounter that gradually evolved into a conscious choice and ultimately blossomed into a deep-seated passion. This transformation was significantly influenced by the warmth and affection she received from the children she taught, which further ignited her enthusiasm for education. Presently, she holds the esteemed position of a pre-primary teacher at Rockwoods High School, where she engages with young minds and nurtures their growth.

Hailing from the picturesque city of Udaipur, Diksha fondly reminisces about her childhood, particularly the cherished moments spent listening to her grandmother's enchanting bedtime stories. These memories hold a special place in her heart, and she often reflects on the joy they brought her during her formative years. In terms of her academic qualifications, Diksha has pursued a comprehensive educational path, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Master of Commerce (M.Com), and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from reputable institutions in Bikaner.

Diksha's professional journey led her to Rockwoods School, which she joined just a month ago. Prior to this, she dedicated two years of her career to Ryan International School, gaining valuable experience and insights into the educational landscape. Throughout her career, Diksha has drawn immense inspiration from her parents, whom she regards as her role models. Their unwavering faith in her abilities and their constant support have played a pivotal role in shaping her professional identity.

Reflecting on her experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, Diksha shared that the transition to online teaching posed significant challenges at first. However, with time, she and her colleagues adapted to the new mode of instruction. She credits the school management's guidance as crucial in navigating this unprecedented situation, enabling them to continue providing quality education despite the obstacles.

In offering advice to the younger generation, Diksha emphasises the importance of viewing life as a journey rather than a race. She believes that this perspective fosters a more enriching and fulfilling experience, allowing individuals to appreciate each moment along the way.

In her leisure time, Diksha indulges in creative pursuits such as sketching and painting, as well as listening to music, which provides her with relaxation and inspiration.
