An entrepreneur, Dheeraj deals with artistic marble statues and makes an effort to bring life to marble sculpture and crafts with his talents.

Dheeraj Bhardwaj is an entrepreneur who founded Bhardwaj Moortie and Handicrafts Private Limited in 1997.

Dheeraj entered the business world in 1991, and since then he has continuously tried his hand at brand-new, cutting-edge ventures. He had always thought he lacked the intelligence to attend IIT or serve as an IAS officer. He left school when he was in 12th grade. Dheeraj had a great deal of difficulty starting his first company from scratch. On his path to becoming a prosperous entrepreneur, he made many compromises. His initial means of support came from commissions.

When Dheeraj was 18 years old, he moved to Bangalore to launch a marble mining and sculpture business. Many people admired his statues and idols, which were crafted from fine marble. However, he initially ran into some financial issues, so the business venture ultimately failed.

Dheeraj returned to Rajasthan with the knowledge and experience of starting a business that he had gained through struggle during his stay in Bangalore. He is now a well-known founder of his marble statue business, which is now financially successful and recognized throughout Rajasthan.

Sharing his pandemic experience, Dheeraj says that despite the high prices of marble statues and the need for essential services, the lockdown has allowed for family time, a reevaluation of lifestyles, and the importance of saving. Despite the pandemic's impact on sales, the individual remains optimistic about the company's future.

Dheeraj claims that his company produces some of Rajasthan's finest idols. He finds inspiration and joy in seeing his customers happy.

Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Dheeraj feels that education is crucial. Even though he has achieved success through his work experience, he believes that proper education, such as an MBA degree, would help the next generation perform better than just relying on experience.

When asked about his role models, Dheeraj claims to have no particular ones. He has faith in God and is self-satisfied with his work. According to him, the business has no set curriculum, and there are countless obstacles. He does, however, ask us to have faith in the All-Powerful and give it our all in whatever field we are involved in.

Dheeraj works as effectively as he can in social work during his spare time and belongs to a religious group. He enjoys listening to his wife sing.
