Dhairya Sharma is the Academic Director of Talent Public Higher Secondary School, Dhar.
Dhairya did his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Medi-Caps University, Indore. He got his first job in TCS, Kerala and worked there for two years. Then he came back to his hometown and got involved in his family business, which was started together by his father and uncle in the field of education and teaching. Since 2016, he has been focusing on promoting his school and running it properly.
Dhairya says that he has always been fond of teaching and currently he teaches Physics to the students.
Talking about role models, Dhairya says that from whomever he can learn anything, he considers them all as his source of inspiration. But particularly in the teaching field, he considers Chanakya as his role model for being an active teacher, strategist and an economist. He also draws inspiration from Nitin Vijay for his teaching style and technique.
When asked about his struggles, Dhairya says that only after facing challenges and setbacks, he has learned a lot and has come so far in life.
About his Covid experience, Dhairya says that it was a challenge for him to provide quality education to the students during the pandemic. But he believes that the online teaching platform has changed the whole perspective of the teaching industry and has eased things a lot.
If Dhairya gets a chance to go back in time, he would like to relive his school life.
In his spare time, Dhairya loves listening to music and singing songs.
Dhairya advises the young teachers that you should have a passion for Teaching along with having the art of delivering your point accurately to the students. By using technology, you can also explain things visually through practical demonstrations.
