He says that he discovered that there were very few law aspirants in India, therefore, he had the aim to enlighten more students to pursue law. Thereafter, he joined the founding team of one of the best law coaching institutes known as LST (Law School Tutorials) to achieve his aim. That is where he started his teaching career and has been going ahead since then.
Recalling his childhood memories, Deepu says that his childhood was most memorable as he was a pampered child of his parents. He says that being the youngest, he always had guiding hands around him. He says that the challenges he faced made him commit a lot of mistakes, one of which was starting his own venture with his partners. He adds up that without finding the solution to the issues, he just ended the partnership, which he considers his biggest mistake. Fame got into his head which made him arrogant and it cost him a lot, he says.
Regarding his achievements, Deepu says that materialistically, there are many achievements like at a young age he became the Country’s Youngest Director of Admissions. However, he always had opportunities knocking on his door without putting in the effort, which he considers his accomplishments. His biggest ever accomplishment was his father praising his work, he says.
When asked about his role models, Deepu says that he has been following many people throughout his journey. His parents have been his biggest role models, he says. During his law education, Prof. Madhav Menon - the father of legal education in India, and Prof. Moolchand Sharma were his inspiration. Further Dr. Sachin Malhan inspired him and actually invited him to teach, he says.
