A dedicated teacher, Deepmala feels that women can achieve everything.

Deepmala Khatri has been a pre-primary teacher at New Rise Secondary school in Nathdwara for nine years. She loves children and likes to teach them.

Deepmala hails from Nathdwara.

In her young days, she was not at all interested in teaching. After her marriage, when she came to Nathdwara,  Rita Chauhan motivated her to join the school. Deepmala was not a B.Ed. She worked in a school for five years and learned a lot. Then she joined New Rise Secondary school.

When asked about her role models, Deepmala says everyone who comes her way inspires her.

During Covid, Deepmala says, all the schools were closed but online classes started. It was very challenging for her to take online classes for Pre-primary students. She learned a lot during the pandemic.

For new teachers, Deepmala advises them to be patient and responsible. They should keep their faith and work dedicatedly for the institution where they work.

Deepmala shares that she likes it too much when the students show their attachment to her.

Deepmala’s dream is to open a school because she likes teaching.

Sharing about her hobbies, Deepmala says she likes to spend time with her family. Also, she likes to listen to music.

For the new generation, Deepmala advises them to make proper use of time, be punctual, and always be passionate to work. She says they should always keep learning and should be determined that they can do anything.
