Deepesh Jain is the founder of English Kranti Classes, Udaipur.
Deepesh was born and brought up in Udaipur. He completed his education in Udaipur itself. Deepesh says that after completing college, he started applying for jobs. He had all the degrees and certificates but used to face rejection due to a lack of proficiency in English speaking.
Deepesh decided to learn English and started training in it. Slowly, from being a student he turned into an educator and started teaching English to others in his own innovative ways.
Deepesh shares that he has been teaching English since 2006. In 2009, he started his institute and has been teaching students from different states of India and is not limited to Udaipur or Rajasthan only. Deepesh says that he also gives training to teaching staff at schools and corporate employees as well.
In 2017, he trained the teaching staff of Alok Senior Secondary School, and in 2018 he trained the staff of Guru Nanak Senior Secondary School. He has also provided training at the Residency School and to the museum, hotel, and administrative staff of City Palace, Udaipur. Deepesh shares that he also trained the Indian Army for their foreign competitions in USA and Mongolia for the years 2012 and 2014 respectively. In 2019, he also trained thirty employees of Jumio India Pvt. Ltd., a multinational company in Udaipur.
Deepesh feels that the process of learning is often taken the wrong way. He feels that reading English newspapers and novels or watching English videos does not help in improving their speaking skills. For learning to speak English, one has to be in an environment that promotes the same, is what he feels.
Talking about his role models, Deepesh says that ‘time’ has been his biggest teacher and feels that if we value time, then only time will value us in life.
When asked about his favorite quotes, Deepesh says that those are, ‘Either play hard or go home.’, and ‘Sometimes later becomes never.’
Sharing about his struggles, Deepesh says that struggles are nothing but learning points in life. He shares that when he started his institute in 2019, he had zero students for a week. Then he started going to colleges and schools to create a buzz for his coaching and slowly he started getting the right kind of response. He landed many good training projects and started getting a good number of students.
When asked to choose between education and experience, Deepesh says that both hold different values in life. He feels that working on ground zero helps in getting exposure in life which further helps in our day-to-day affairs.
Deepesh says that his success mantra in life is to do a thing with utmost focus. He feels that nowadays people divide their focus into two or three things which is not the right way for him.
Advising the youth, Deepesh says that whatever they do, they should do it for the nation and not travel outside for better opportunities. He feels that there is no scarcity of options in our country and we should work for our nation first.
Deepesh feels that to come into this field one has to train and learn a lot. He feels that doing hard work is very important to become a good trainer.
In his free time, Deepesh likes spending time with his parents. He also likes to serve nature by helping stray animals and injured birds and advises everyone to do the same in their free time.
