After working in Mumbai for some time, Deepak moved back to Udaipur with the aim to do something of his own. In 2015, he set up an IT company in Udaipur itself and ever since has been helping businesses scale themselves with his IT-related services.

Deepak Chaudhary is the founder of Matrix Web Infotech in Udaipur.

Deepak hails from Udaipur. He completed his schooling in Udaipur itself.  He holds a B.com, an M.Com, and an MBA. He completed his MBA from Mumbai.

Deepak shares that after completing his MBA, he started working with IndiaMart, a B2B online platform. When he was working there, he felt that he should do something of his own. After doing his research he realized that a business in the IT sector would help him progress the fastest. He worked with IndiaMart for a year and then moved back to Udaipur. Thereafter, he founded his own IT services company by the name Matrix Web Infotech in Udaipur itself and it’s been seven years since he founded it.

When asked about his role models, Deepak says that he considers Mark Zuckerberg as his role model.

Deepak thinks that when you put in your one hundred percent towards fulfilling your dreams then nothing will be impossible for you to achieve. Besides, he says that to succeed in any business, one needs to have a strong network of people.

Talking about his challenges, Deepak says that initially, it was very challenging for him to find a space in Udaipur to set up his office. Besides, he would also have to struggle to convince his clients of the importance of IT services in scaling their businesses. Furthermore, he also had to face challenges in hiring people as people back then were not much interested in making a career in the IT sector. However, he says that now people are aware of the importance of IT services and it has eased things for IT businesses.

Deepak thinks that both education and experience are important and they both go together. He says, if you have an education then it helps you get a job which in turn helps you gain experience.

To people aspiring to make their career in the IT sector, Deepak advises them to be clear in their minds about what they want to do in the sector as the sector is an ocean of opportunities and one can’t learn all the things.

His Success Mantra is to be passionate about his work to become successful at it. He says, if you’re not passionate about your work then you will never become successful in life. Besides, he thinks that staying connected with the right people and to keep learning are the keys to becoming successful in what you do.

To youngsters, Deepak advises them to choose their careers in accordance with their skill sets and interests. Besides, he advises them to be specific about what they want to do and to be determined to achieve success in life.
