Despite numerous challenges associated with pursuing mixed martial arts, Daksh chose to follow his childhood passion for MMA and is striving to become an international-level MMA in future.

Daksh Joshi is an international MMA (mixed martial artist).

Daksh was born and raised in Udaipur. He studied at St. Gregorios School in Udaipur itself.

Talking about his childhood, Daksh says that, from the beginning, he had dreamed of joining UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) as an MMA fighter.

Talking about his achievements, Daksh says that he holds two gold medals in national-level Kudo MMA championships. Besides, he won a silver medal in an all-India university kickboxing championship.

When asked about his role models, Daksh says that he considers George St-Pierre, former Canadian mixed martial artist, and Muhammed Ali, former American professional boxer as his role models and inspirations.

To aspiring mixed martial artists, Daksh tells them that MMA is a brutal and expensive sport. And if they are interested in some other sports then they should pursue them first and then think of pursuing MMA. Besides, he tells them that being an MMA is about living like a warrior and they will have to endure all tough situations in life without any complaints.

In his spare time, Daksh likes to assist his elder brother in his business. Besides, he likes to play video games on his play station.
