Daksh Bhatnagar is an HR manager at one of the leading IT companies in Udaipur. He is super happy with his current job and aims to continue to learn the nuances of human resources management.

Daksh Bhatnagar lives in the city of lakes Udaipur. Prior to joining as an HR manager at Arcgate Udaipur, he worked in the hospitality sector for a long period of time. After working in the hospitality sector he got a hunch that he should make a career in HR management. And he joined a business school in Bangalore to pursue an MBA in the same discipline.

After his MBA he worked for a couple of years in Bangalore and then moved to Udaipur and ever since he has been working as an HR manager with Arcgate in Udaipur.

Talking about the difficult times in his life Daksh says - that when he was in the hospitality sector many a time he had to work for more than 14 hours and it made it super hectic. But he also feels that hard work is all part of life and you have to keep the fire within you alive to keep progressing.

Daksh weighs education and experiences in life equally. He says education makes one a mature individual but experiences make you acquainted with reality. He is content with whatever he is doing in life currently and would want to do the same if given a chance to go back in time.

During his free time, he likes to read books and articles. He also likes to spend time with his family.
