Chunit Jeengar is a Web designer and Frontend/Backend Developer. His family also runs a business under the name, ‘Mahalaxmi Sofa and Cushion works’. Chunit says that they not only deal in Udaipur but also supply to nearby areas like Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Rajsamand, etc.
Chunit says that he was a slow learner in his school days. He even failed in one of his classes and was shifted to a Hindi Medium School by his family. Chunit says that he tried really hard after it and scored 72 percent in his Eighth Board Examinations. After that, his graph kept on increasing. He took commerce in his 11th Standard and then pursued BCA after school. He has also done MCA from VIT, Vellore.
He shares that his college life was far better than his school life. He made new friends in college and learned many new things. He even joined an NGO named Pukar Organization and started helping in plantation drives. Recently they have planted 6000 plants in the Alsigarh region of the Aravalli Hills.
Chunit says that his elder sister has always been his support. She motivates him to do new things in life and also stands by him when others don’t. It was her who prompted Chunit to join the NGO and start doing social work.
Chunit thinks tough times are the litmus test of your real friends and family. He remembers opening a gym once and when he asked for help from his friends, everyone just refused. His relatives even started demotivating him. He says he believed that friends are the most important in life with whom we could share everything. He says after this incident he got really depressed. Chunit then joined a job in Jaipur but left it in a few months to start his own business.
Chunit thinks that life and career are two different things but youth fail to understand it. Chunit says that one should work for a career but not stop living. We should create proper boundaries in life and never forget living.
If given a Time Machine, Chunit would like to go back to his college days and enjoy it with his friends. He also wants to learn skills that he couldn’t back then.
In his Free time, Chunit likes to cook new dishes, play video games and explore new natural places.
