Having identified his passion for computers, Chetan embarked on a journey to become a software engineer. He currently serves as a Project Lead at a company in Gurgaon.

Starting his career during a recession posed significant challenges for Chetan, making it difficult to find a job. He initially accepted a low-paying position but steadily progressed both financially and professionally.

Chetan’s experience during the COVID-19 pandemic was unique. Already accustomed to working from home, he didn't face professional disruptions. However, the technological advancements brought an overwhelming workload. Despite the challenges, he cherished the additional time spent with his family.

Chetan doesn’t single out any individual as his role model. Instead, he draws inspiration from experts in various fields, such as Sachin Tendulkar in cricket and Sonu Nigam in music.

The quote “Together we can and we will make a difference” resonates deeply with him. His success mantra is learning from mistakes and never repeating them. Rather than setting financial goals, Chetan has always aimed to give 100% to his work.

He values experience over education, believing that education prepares you to work towards your goals, while experience hones your skills to achieve perfection.

If given a time machine, Chetan would choose to spend more time with his family, something he missed in his fast-paced life.

Reflecting on his childhood, Chetan fondly recalls playing in the fields, often making others search for him, and frequently missing out on completing his homework.

In his spare time, Chetan enjoys travelling, exploring nature, doing photography, and listening to music.

His advice to the youth emphasizes the importance of empathy and respect for others, stating that becoming a better person is more crucial than technical expertise. He encourages them to first become better individuals and then excel in their professional fields.
