Chenai has dedicatedly forged her own identity in the makeup industry with over six years of experience. She witnessed Lakme Fashion Week as a designer, worked with Bhumika Bahl, and established her own studio and academy at a young age.

Chenai Jain is a makeup artist and the founder of CJ Brides in Udaipur.

Originally from Banswara, Chenai currently resides in Udaipur. Her schooling took place in Kuwait, where she observed the prevalent enthusiasm for makeup among women. Influenced by the culture, she began exploring makeup artistry. Upon returning to Banswara, she encountered a less appreciative attitude towards makeup.

Despite her family's inclination towards Interior Designing, Chenai opted for Fashion Design during her graduation. Gradually, her passion for makeup took center stage. While being primarily self-taught, she also completed certification courses to enhance her qualifications. Recently, she established her own academy to offer affordable makeup education to aspiring students.

Reflecting on her challenges, Chenai recalls the difficulties of life in Kuwait, where she rarely went outside beyond attending school. Due to certain incidents, she became introverted. She emphasizes the importance of safety for girls living in different cities. Returning to India, she faced significant struggles, managing everything independently as her father was not living with them. Establishing herself in the competitive makeup industry was no easy feat. Despite initial setbacks, she decided to build her own brand.

Discussing her accomplishments, Chenai highlights her participation in the Lakme Fashion Week as a fashion designer, with one of her designs being selected. She received certification from Bhumika Bahl and worked as her assistant. The renowned makeup artist Deepika Singh also honored her for showcasing her work in a Banswara competition.

When asked about her role models, Chenai cites her parents as her inspiration. They consistently supported her decisions and encouraged her to pursue her goals without restrictions.
