A committed teacher, Chandrashekhar is motivating and instilling the zeal in his students to become as successful as their seniors are.

Chandrashekhar Kumawat is a teacher at Alok Senior Secondary School, Udaipur.

Chandrashekhar was also a former student at the same school. His father and uncle, he says, have been associated with the school since its inception. He is proud to say that he has been working with this institution for the past twenty-seven years and that many of his students are now reaching new heights in their careers.

When asked about his struggles, Chandrashekhar replies that he had witnessed his father carrying out all family duties. Despite all obstacles, he never gave up and provided the best facilities for his younger siblings as well as his own family.  Chandrashekhar is following in his father's footsteps and taking care  of his entire family. including the family of his late brother, whom he lost two years ago.

When asked about his role models, Chandrashekhar says he looks up to his uncle and his wife as role models because they were always there for him during difficult times. He says that they both supported and encouraged him throughout every stage of life. Additionally, he admires Pradeep Kumawat, his director, whom he regards as a professional mentor.

Describing his experience during COVID, Chandrashekhar says the period was very tough for everyone in this world; he also lost his brother during this period. He claims that the death of his brother, who served as his right hand, broke him, but he eventually found the strength to care for his and his brother's family.

In his spare time, Chandrashekhar tries to reconnect with his former students. He believes that only old students can be an inspiration to current students, so he arranges conversations with or meetings with his old and successful students from time to time.

Chandrashekhar advises young students not to give up in any situation and to always work hard to achieve their goals.
