Established four years ago, Mille-Feuille Bakery in Udaipur thrived under the ownership of Chef Bhuvan, who had acquired extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Overcoming initial challenges, Bhuvan's bakery gained support from loyal customers.

Bhuvan Sharma, the chef-owner of Mille-Feuille (MiFi) bakery in Udaipur, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey four years ago when he established MiFi bakery. Before this endeavor, he had accumulated over eighteen years of experience working at various restaurants and cafes, allowing him to gain expertise in multiple cuisines with a particular specialization in bakery items.

Throughout his career, Bhuvan encountered numerous challenges, and opening MiFi proved to be one of the toughest. As he ventured into the retail business for the first time, he experienced nervousness. However, with faith in his extensive two-decade-long experience, he took a leap of faith, hoping that his loyal customers would support his entrepreneurial venture.

Bhuvan says that over the years he had the opportunity to work at prestigious establishments such as the Le Meridien Hotel in Jaipur and the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon. These experiences allowed him to refine his skills and learn from the best in the industry.

Offering advice to aspiring individuals interested in joining the food and beverage industry, Bhuvan emphasizes the importance of hard work. He suggests that they must possess energy and a thirst for knowledge. Bhuvan believes that one can gain valuable experience from any type of work, as it helps nurture leadership skills. A good leader must inspire and guide their followers toward success while also fostering a spirit of teamwork that highlights the strengths of each team member.

Bhuvan shares that one of his significant achievements was baking his first cake for Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai during the filming of "Umrao Jaan," as well as serving as the head chef for Rajasthan cuisine at Ambani's wedding.

Bhuvan acknowledges the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on his business, which suffered significantly. However, despite the challenges, he managed to support his staff members.

During his leisure time, Bhuvan enjoys spending quality moments with his children and watching cricket matches on television.

Chef Ashish serves as Bhuvan's role model, having taught him the fundamental principles of baking. Additionally, Bhuvan draws inspiration from his parents and respects their support, along with the guidance provided by his seniors. He believes that their encouragement and mentorship have played a crucial role in shaping him into the person he is today.
