Bhupendra Singh Rathore is a Motivational Speaker and Founder of BSR's Breakthrough Learning Solutions.
Bhupendra spent his childhood in Rajasthan and completed his education at Government School and College of Kishangarh. As a boy from a middle-class rural family, he had to undergo many struggles to get access to quality education and keep himself uplifted. Bogged down in life, Bhupendra even had suicidal thoughts but then gathered himself up and ventured out to create an identify of himself.
Since his father worked in Delhi back then, he used to brief Bhupendra on the lifestyle he witnessed in big cities which motivated Bhupendra to make something meaningful and big out of his life. He was then made to join a computer course in Ajmer which was in English language that he couldn’t understand. But he strived hard using all his potential and emerged as the ‘Topper of Toppers’ in the institute.
Bhupendra also faced challenges in getting a job due to lack of knowledge of the English language. However, with all his efforts he got his first breakthrough with Colgate Palmolive where he worked for three years but always lagged behind owing to lack of language skills.
Bhupendra then decided to learn English at any cost. He took a one month break from the office and started learning the language with the help of a teacher. After mastering his skills, Bhupendra got a job in Convergence, a call centre in Delhi. After working there for sometime, Bhupendra went to Pune where he learnt about the relevance of communication skills.
Bhupendra gradually noticed his personality transform and he became more confident and bold with time. In 2010, he decided to quit his job and pursue Communication Training as a full-time profession and has been doing this for a decade now.
Bhupendra today has 3 million views across all his platforms and gets ample opportunities to deliver his training sessions in big companies. He also runs a program called ‘The Magic of Thinking Rich’ on YouTube which can be attended free of cost.
Bhupendra learnt from his father that learning is a forever process and should never stop. He feels proud to have achieved everything his father desired for him in his childhood.
Bhupendra is on a mission to improve the lives of 50 crore people before 2030. To achieve bigger things, he set goals for himself like studying from a top institute, getting himself a car, writing a book, becoming an international trainer, and many more.
Gradually with time, Bhupendra achieved all his targets. He took admission into an Executive MBA course of IIM Lucknow against a loan and also got himself a car in the subsequent year. He got his book ‘Master your Thoughts, Master your Life’ published in 2016. By 2019, Bhupendra had done many international trips and inspired around 5 lakh people before 2020. By 2021, he has inspired 35 lakh people to date with his motivational talks. Bhupendra has also been awarded with the ‘Best Business Coach of the Year’ award.
He advises everyone not to waste time being lazy and negative and invest all your energy towards your goals. He says that in today’s time with the advent of the internet and technology, it has become easy for the youth to get distracted from their goals. Bhupendra says that behind every success, there is your discipline, dedication, focus, years of sacrifice and energising your efforts.
Bhupendra says that in order to achieve short term happiness, we often tend to sacrifice our long term vision.
In his leisure time, Bhupendra reads books and talks with people to solve their problems. He considers himself an adventurer by heart and enjoys cycling and visiting the mountains.
