A professor, Bhumika faced many struggles but never gave up on life and got the support of her family to fulfil her dreams. She believes that it is important to go with your heart before making any decision.

Bhumika is an Assistant Professor of Electronics and an HR Manager at the SS College of Polytechnic in Udaipur.

Bhumika was born and brought up in Ahmedabad. Later, for her education, she shifted to her native town and completed her secondary and senior secondary education at Sunrise School. Then, for higher education, she shifted to Udaipur and took admission at SS College. She completed her engineering there in the electronics and electrical branch.

Bhumika shares that since 2015, she has been working with the Sunrise Group of Institutions and later joined SS College. She also completed her graduation there.

Bhumika’s role model is her father, as he has always supported and motivated her a lot. Her father is a source of energy for her, and he is also a strong believer in women's empowerment.

Advising aspirants in her field, Bhumika says that one should have a clear mindset and confidence to enter the field of engineering. She believes that it is important to follow the path that you have chosen until you reach your destination. Bhumika adds that in terms of teaching, it is important to be familiar and friendly with the students to make them comfortable.

If given a time machine to go back in time, Bhumika would like to relive her childhood and college days.

Comparing education and experience, Bhumika says that both are important in life. The small experiences are helpful in learning the way of life.

In her leisure time, Bhumika dedicates one and a half hours each day to yoga, exercise, and workouts. She also enjoys solitude and indulges in reading novels.
