With no interest in a job, Bhawani decided to start a business. Currently, he supplies food to most of the restaurants in Udaipur and has earned a good reputation in the industry.

Bhawani Singh is a food supplier and a partner at The Regal House Hotel.

He comes from the city of Udaipur in Rajasthan. He lives in a joint family with his parents, his wife and children, and his elder brother. He completed his education in Udaipur itself. Although he was average in his studies, he used to excel in sports.

After completing his diploma in hotel management, Bhawani started preparing for government exams as most of his family members were in the government service. However, he was quite disheartened when he could not join the service. But as he had taken a hotel management course, he got a job in a hotel.

After working in the hotel for some time, Bhawani realized that this was not something that he wanted to do. Thereafter, he started a business of his own with the support of his friends and family.

Talking about challenges, Bhawani says he did face several challenges initially, like once when his business was on the brink of closing, but he didn’t lose hope and kept working hard, and finally his business became stable.

In the meantime, he made some good friends in the hotel industry, and they decided to open a hotel together. So they launched their first hotel, the Regal House, with ten rooms at Fatehpura in Udaipur. The Regal House is basically a heritage hotel that is constructed in a hundred-year-old British bungalow. Here, they provide a unique royal experience with excellent hospitality.

According to Bhawani, a good education is crucial, but experience is even more important, as experience is the biggest form of education in itself. He thinks that everyone learns through experience.

Bhawani says that if he had the chance to visit his past and was permitted to change something, he would start his business even earlier, as he is very satisfied with his business.

Advising people who want to come into this industry, Bhawani says to work with full dedication and not look for shortcuts, and eventually they will prevail in the business.

Bhawani is an outgoing person who likes to have fun with his friends. He also maintains a lively atmosphere at work.

Bhawani regards his role model as his father, as his hard work and devotion to duty despite having limited resources inspire him to work even harder.
