Through her educational venture, Bhawana is helping the young prepare better for competitive exams and transform their dreams into reality.

Bhawana has been in the educational field for the past twenty years. She is also into career counseling and has helped many students find the right path for themselves.

Bhawana was born and brought up in Udaipur. She has done LLB, M.Com, and M.Sc in Computer Science. Thereafter, she commenced her entrepreneurial journey wherein she makes students gear up for competitive exams like Bank entrance, SSC, RAS, IIT-JEE, and medical. Her coaching institute also offers courses in computers.

Speaking about her challenges, Bhawana says she feels that it is comparatively more challenging for women to start their own business as compared to their male counterparts in terms of investments and risks. She managed to build her own startup with no family background in the domain. Alongside, Bhawana has been able to manage her kids and family responsibilities as well.

Talking about COVID, Bhawana shares that she was happy to get ample time to spend with her children at home. She also spent some time on meditation and cooking. Although on the professional front, Bhawana suffered some loss, but she took it positively.

Bhawana considers her father, her husband and her kids her role models who have always stood with her through thick and thin and who have been a constant moral support.

When asked about her take on education and experience, Bhawana says that even freshers can enter her field provided they have the zeal to work and perform. She adds that through one’s skills and hard work, every student can find employment.

When asked about her thoughts on leadership, Bhawana says that leadership comes through experience and skills.

Bhawana advises the youth to focus on their goals and never doubt themselves in the process. She suggests they should work hard in the initial years and then reap the fruits of their labor in the long run.
