A yoga trainer, Bhawana has been teaching yoga at her own center for the last six years. She improved her mental and physical health with the help of Yoga.

Bhawana Jain is the Founder of the Aarunyaa Yoga Meditation Centre in Udaipur.

Bhawana hails from Udaipur. She completed her schooling at St. Teresa School and then graduated from Meera Girls College. She also took a course in Fashion Design. She completed her master's degree in Yoga and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in it from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth.

Recalling her childhood, Bhawana says that she thoroughly enjoyed it as her parents gave her good love and care. Her father gave her the Bhagavad Gita to read when she was in seventh grade, and her spiritual journey got started from that time and her interest got inclined towards spirituality.

Talking about her journey, Bhawana says that after completing the fashion design course, she set her career in that field. Afterwards, she got married, and then, after ten years, she did her master's in yoga. She was suffering from some mental as well as physical problems, so she started doing yoga and meditation. She observed various positive changes in herself and initially started following Sister Shivani. When she realised the immense benefits of yoga, she started her own yoga institute.

When asked about her hard times, Bhawana says that once she faced depression due to some issues. At that time, she overthought and was very aggressive as she was not able to control her emotions. But she didn’t give up and started yoga and meditation to control all the issues.

Bhawana’s role model is Lord Krishna, and she considers him the biggest motivational speaker.

Bhawana advises the youth to do yoga and meditation in their daily lives. It is beneficial for developing mental, physical, financial, and spiritual skills. Always live and enjoy the present moment in life, she advises.

Sharing about her achievements, Bhawana says that making people healthy and tension-free is her biggest accomplishment. Many people became healthy and their diseases were cured through yoga, which is an achievement for her.

Comparing education and experience, Bhawana says that basic education is important, but on the other hand, work experience is also very important to achieve success in life.

In her spare time, Bhawana likes to spend time with animals. She also works as a volunteer for an NGO called ‘The Animal Protection Society.’

If given a time machine to travel back to her past, Bhawana would have started learning and doing yoga since childhood.
