By identifying his mistakes and then overcoming them in a very smart and professional way, Bhavik is moving ahead smoothly in a systematic way to make progress in his life.

Bhavik has been working as a Product Manager at Gold Cast Private Ltd. for six years.

Bhavik was born and brought up in Udaipur. He lived in a joint family. He feels that he had a blessed childhood.  After his 10th class, he decided to become an engineer. He did his graduation and post-graduation in technology from IIT-Bombay.

Talking about mistakes in his life, Bhavik says that he used to make big career decisions according to his gut feeling. He was less adaptive towards change, used to be late and did not plan for his schedules. Bhavik overcame all these hurdles and made significant changes in his habits and became successful in his life.

When asked about role models in his life, Bhavik says that he considers his parents as his role models who always motivated him to work hard and be consistent in his life. He also considers Ratan Tata and Mukesh Ambani, whose inspiration made him work harder and build something as role models.

Bhavik advises every student and youngster who are in the profession to plan the days that will help them get success and they will never be in chaos. Also, they should align their plan with their boss and fix a deadline for themselves to complete their tasks. He also suggests keeping a balance in personal and professional life and identifying a habit to attain mental peace to keep themselves calm on busy days.

Bhavik's success mantra is of three steps- the first step is to set a goal, then to take baby steps and the third one is to be consistent.
