Driven by the desire to become self-dependent, Bharti stepped out of her comfort zone and started her jewellery business with the encouragement of her daughter, who pushed her to pursue her own venture. Since then, she has gained confidence in running her business and believes that nothing is impossible if you set your mind to it.

Bharti Suhalka is an entrepreneur who owns the firm ‘Jewels Couture By Bharti’.

Hailing from Udaipur, Rajasthan, Bharti completed her schooling at MMPS and earned an MBA from MLSU.

For the past one and a half years, Bharti Suhalka has been running her jewellery startup. She began this venture at the insistence of her daughter, who not only named the business but also created a website for it. Bharti admits that she had never imagined running an online business, but the positive reviews from her customers kept her going.

However, Bharti reminds that every business has its challenges. She shares that in the jewellery industry, customer demands constantly change, making it crucial to stay updated with client preferences. She advises upcoming jewellers to thoroughly understand their product and strive to increase their followers.

Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Bharti says she believes that skill is paramount in the business world.

Her success mantra is, “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” She also encourages everyone to “Dream big, stay focused, and make it happen.”

Suhalka draws inspiration from her children and her husband, who motivated her to start this business. She also admires Nita Ambani’s entrepreneurial spirit and considers her a role model.

She emphasises the importance of conducting thorough market research and staying updated in their niche. Bharti also suggests investing in effective marketing and presenting their products well.
