Bharti belongs to Bikaner. She did her schooling from Sophia School and BA and MA in English from Maharani College, Bikaner. She cleared the RAS exam in her first attempt and got her first posting as a Treasury Officer in Sikar. Thereafter, she worked in different capacities at different offices, setting several records and finally got posted in DMG, Udaipur for a short span of time. From there, she was posted in different offices of Udaipur like Zila Parishad, DRDA and even carried out the ‘Alp Bachat government scheme’ exquisitely.

Bharti continued to get promotions and got posted in the Devasthan Department in Udaipur. There again she surprised everyone with her excellent work for senior citizens and won a National Award. Flying ahead in her career, she took her posting in TADD, Udaipur. Eventually, she was transferred to the Pensions Department in Udaipur as an Additional Director. She has achieved many milestones in her professional journey

Recalling her childhood, Bharti says that she was born in a well-to-do family, where she got a good education. She thinks that because of being raised in a well educated and positive atmosphere in her childhood, she is doing well in her career today.

Talking about her role models, Bharti says she considers her parents as her role models because whatever she is today, it is only because of them.

Regarding her achievements, Bharti says that she has a record of solo female traveler in her name, who has traveled to twenty-one countries while staying in a full-time job. In addition, she was given a State Award for the success of the ‘Alp Bachat Scheme’ by the then Minister of state. She was also awarded the ‘Femininity Award’ for running several schemes to promote girl child education.

Bharti says that during the COVID pandemic, she did a huge sanitization work in the city and made people aware about it. Apart from this, as it was forbidden to go to the office, she addressed many problems through online platforms. She even resolved to work on all the pending cases and facilitated pensions to many people.

Bharti advises the young generation to dream big, as the sky's the limit. Further she says that whatever you do, do it with full determination, no matter how much time it takes. She suggests you try to be different from others only then you will be able to do something different and big.
