Bharat says that he started his business in 1989. He comes from a small place and there were not many companies there in Neemuch. To find business, he had to go to bigger cities like Indore, Gandhidham, etc. He started with one tanker and now has a large fleet of tankers to his name.

Bharat says that now he has his office in a place like Indore and has clients like Adani. He says that earlier no one knew him and getting finance was also an issue always. He took a loan from his brothers to start his business and has flourished to the level he is on today.

Bharat shares that in Covid as well his tankers were moving. He made sure that his drivers had proper food arrangements with them and also started mini-service vans as repair shops were also closed down during the lockdown.

Bharat says that to come into this field one should have some knowledge of Transport Vehicles and Accounts. They should also work with honesty and commitment.

Bharat opines that a leader should listen to every one of his team members and work collectively. A leader should work for the progress of the team. He thinks that he has become a leader by experience and working in the field.

Bharat feels that in a business, Experience, rather than Education, is what matters more and helps to progress.

Bharat considers M. R. Shah as his Role Model. He came from a very small place and established a successful business. This inspires Bharat a lot.

In his free time, Bharat likes to listen to music and spend time with his family members.
