Bharat Kumar Vaishnav is an Advocate and former President of the Bar Association, Udaipur. He believes that it depends on the tireless effort of an advocate to ensure that any client who approaches him receives proper justice from the court, based on his abilities and the prevailing laws.

Bharat did his LLB from Law College, Udaipur. He says his teacher always taught him that no matter whether you have a poor or a rich client coming to you, you don’t have to run after money. Instead, if you do that work with full capacity, you will reap profits later. Your client will also benefit, and you will get satisfaction at the same time.

Bharat opines that education is very important in this profession. No matter how great a lawyer you become, you can’t stop reading, as the more you study, the more you gain experience. That’s why he says that experience can be gained only with education and not alone.

Bharat believes that whoever chooses a career in law has a bright future. Provided, he should be devoted to his client and the law, respect the court, and his conduct should be such that seeing him makes people feel that he is in a noble profession. He says that advocacy is not just a legal profession but is the best platform for serving the public, where every aggrieved person gets legal relief and justice in the best possible way.

Bharat believes that COVID has taught a lot to everyone, and every person has begun to exercise their own personal discipline. He feels that earlier people used to live life carelessly; everything like that has stopped now. On a professional front, he says that even the courts have expedited their judgments via online modes in cases where facts are available and delays are only happening for legitimate reasons.

Bharat says that his life’s role model in this profession is his teacher, Rao Ratan Singh, as he works for the purpose of getting justice for the common man. Bharat has learned all about work and professional ethics from him.
