Bharat Suthar believes that having practical knowledge and access to quality education is a must for the overall development of students.

Bharat Suthar is working as a Lecturer at Techno India NJR Institute of Technology. He introduces students to the nitty-gritty of durable structures and steel. Bharat comes from Pali. He completed his BTech from SS College of Engineering and plans to do MTech in Structural Engineering and thereafter become an Assistant Professor. He likes the environment of the college very much and also the Director whose focus is on providing quality education to students. Bharat shares that since his students are quite talented, he doesn’t need to put effort into making them understand concepts.

Bharat suggests students to engage in smart work and study their subjects in-depth to have a proper understanding. He advises them to be knowledgeable and be confident in the projects they get to work upon. He feels that one should maintain a balance between studying and having enjoyment.

Bharat believes that education is very relevant since every topic is studied and discussed. He feels leadership has a crucial role to play in projects while working in groups.

He considers the confidence that he has acquired to teach as an achievement and likes to take tuitions and teach his friends as well. Bharat had been inspired by the education field and decided to make a career in it. He feels that institutes should focus on providing students with practical knowledge and not just emphasize on having degrees.

Besides reading and teaching, Bharat likes to play badminton. If he could go back in a time machine, he would like to relive the best time he had with his friends in his school and college days.
