Emerging from a Science background, but adapting to become a company secretary, Bharat Chaudhary has proven that nothing is impossible in life.

Bharat Chaudhary has been associated with Badala Classes for nine years and has been practicing his CS work for eight years. Currently, he is a FCS or Fellow Company Secretary and handles all the operations related to this profession. Bharat is also a former chairman of ICSI Udaipur Chapter and he successfully organized the first CS conference in Udaipur, which is a big achievement for him.

Bharat’s main inspiration in life are his wife and his mother. His wife is a CS-professional, who is currently practicing as a company secretary and she was an all-India ranker which really inspires Bharat. Also, his mother who has turned eighty, but still has the fire to work and be self-independent by running a hostel all by herself, really motivates Bharat to push himself harder everyday.

In his 12th standard, Bharat was in Science stream. He even cleared Manipal PMT and secured a whopping fourth rank in the examination but, because of some family circumstances he had to opt out. So, he took up Commerce as his subject and did his B.BM, MBA, L.LB and CS courses which led him to where he stands today. Bharat faced difficulties but he never gave up and today, he’s successful.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Bharat faced a lot of issues teaching his students offline. He thought it’s just a matter of a few days when the first lockdown was imposed but soon, as it started progressing, difficulties kept increasing. Then, his coaching institute came up with an application to teach students, after twenty days of the lockdown period. Initially, it was difficult to adjust to it but gradually, everything started coming back on track. On the contrary, Bharat says that the Covid-19 pandemic also brought a huge surge in the number of students wanting to learn both online and offline which has really profited the education industry. He feels that we not only have to defend against the virus but also attack it. And in order to do so, we should keep ourselves physically as fit as mentally.

Advising the youngsters who want to pursue CA and CS courses, Bharat says they should always try to learn from their experiences by joining and practicing at a good firm. This will help them learn the practicality of the subjects. Also, he advises them to stop worrying about the number of attempts it takes for them to clear the examinations because in the end it’s the prefix attached to their names that is going to matter.

Talking about his leadership qualities, Bharat says it is always important to treat everyone equally in a team and team work is a must. He won the elections for the ICSI chapter in Udaipur just with the support of his students and his amiable leadership qualities which proves that it is important how you treat and behave with people.
