Driven by her passion, Bhakti switched her career from engineering to dance.

Bhakti Jadhav Warkhede is the Founder and Director of Flawless Dance Studio in Nanded City, Pune.

Prior to this, Bhakti did a clothes business during her college days. Though she was not successful in that business, her talent and communication skills improved. After this, she also did a customized jewelry-making business in which she used to purchase raw materials and make jewelry at home.

Though Bhakti did engineering, she decided to make a career as a full-time dancer. Initially, she used to teach only Bollywood dance as she was not a professional dancer. She started with two students and now she has more than 280 students and 10 instructors. She also sends her students to different events and competitions to remove their stage fear and boost confidence.

Regarding role models in her life, Bhakti says that her parents supported her a lot and motivated her to sacrifice and compromise in life, and so they are her role models.

Advising the dance aspirants, Bhakti says that they should learn the skills at least for one year. Also, they should know the history of dance.

To everyone, Bhakti advises being dedicated and passionate to achieve their goals.
