Banwari Gochar is a fitness trainer who helps people to stay fit and healthy.

Banwari Gochar was born and brought up in Sultanpur, Kota. He was an average student in his school time. After completing 12th, he pursued ITI in Electronics.

Banwari says that while pursuing ITI, his friends motivated him to join a gym. He liked the idea so much that he became a full time trainer and started motivating people to stay fit and healthy.
