Balram Rawal is the Founder of ‘Commerce Guru’ a coaching institute, which has been running successfully in Ujjain since 2017.

Since its establishment in 2017, Commerce Guru has achieved remarkable milestones. One of the most notable achievements was producing the First District Topper of Ujjain in the MP Board, a feat that no other institution had achieved before. The student, Nishchay Dhakad, brought great pride to the institute. Additionally, in the CBSE Board, the coaching classes have consistently produced toppers for the last three consecutive years in Ujjain.

Rawal says that he observed that the quality of education was gradually declining. One of the main reasons he identified behind this issue was the lack of proper academic guidance for students. With a strong vision to address this gap, he set a clear motive for his institution—to make students aware of and prepared for the 21st-century education system.

To fulfill this purpose, he established ‘Commerce Guru’ in 2017. The institute began offering subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics, taught in a manner that aligns with modern educational needs. What truly sets the institute apart is its unique teaching approach—concepts are explained using real-world examples, making learning more practical, engaging, and effective for students.

Balram Rawal was born and brought up in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. Speaking about his educational background, he shares that he completed his MBA from MIT College, Ujjain.

When asked about his role models, he humbly mentions that his parents are his first and greatest inspirations. He firmly believes that the values and life principles instilled by them have played a vital role in shaping his journey.

After completing his education, he came in contact with many influential people, both professionally and spiritually. Among those who have recently inspired him deeply, he mentions Premanand Ji Maharaj, whose teachings have had a profound impact on his life.

While speaking about the field of education, he also expresses his gratitude towards Subhash Joshi Sir, the founder of English Point. He credits Joshi Sir for helping him immensely during competitive exams preparation. According to Balram, Subhash Joshi Sir significantly boosted his confidence and consistently guided him at every step. He remains deeply thankful for his mentorship and support.

He also shares that whenever he felt demotivated or faced challenges in life, he would sing or listen to a devotional line:

“तुम्हारे साथ हैं श्रीनाथ, तो किस बात की चिंता, शरण में रख दो माथ, तो किस बात की चिंता।”

He strongly believes that whenever he turned to this song during difficult times, Lord Shrinath guided him and helped resolve his problems.

Balram Rawal strongly believes that God has created every individual with a specific purpose, and no one is born without a reason. He explains that commerce, by nature, teaches individuals how to identify problems and find solutions.

Founder of Commerce Guru Balram Rawal encourages students facing career-related confusion to approach him directly for guidance. His core message is simple yet powerful: if God has sent you into this world, it is not merely to become someone’s slave. If that were the case, He would not have made you a human being. According to him, humans are born to be masters and owners, not followers without purpose.

He emphasizes that even if someone starts small, they should always strive to build something of their own, preferably a business, rather than limiting themselves to a job alone.

In his concluding message, he urges all Indians to bring change within themselves. He believes that personal transformation inspires those around us to change as well. When an individual builds a clean and strong image, their followers, students, and subordinates naturally adopt the same values. True change, he says, always begins from within.
