Balram was born in Jammu, although he is basically from a village in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. He was born in a poor family, his father was a migrant labour..
Balram was married at a very young age of six years. After around one year of his marriage, his father came to know that Balram’s wife was studying so he decided to educate Balram too. And then Balram was admitted to the school in his native village, where he used to live with his grandmother. The village school was only upto the eighth standard so he pursued his further studies till graduation from the nearby town of Rajpur.
At the age of sixteen, Balram finally started living together with his wife. After marriage he had set up an electric equipment shop, and in the meantime he had also become a father of four daughters and a son.
Balram says that when he was young, his father didn’t let him feel the pressure of responsibilities. And after having a family of himself to take care of, he was perplexed and faced many problems initially. Anyway, now Balram has a vehicle of his own which he drives professionally.
Balram recalls that the lockdown was quite difficult for him and his family as all the finances were cut off. But Balram kept looking for other small time means of employment and finally managed to sail through it.
l̥Balram says that problems are a part of life so they’ll come and go, but like the difficult time of lockdown faded away, no problem will stay forever. So keep calm and do your work with wisdom thoughtfully.
