Bajrang Prasad has been practising law in the District and Sessions Court for the last twelve years. He completed his schooling at Bhilwara and studied Law at the Law College in Udaipur. Bajrang Prasad also did LLM to complete his study in Law. He aspired to become the first graduate of his family, pursuing a professional career.

Bajrang Prasad finished his studies in 2008, and since then, he has been consistently practising Law. When he joined the court as a newbie, it was a challenge to find an appropriate superior or guru to teach him the ways of the practical world of Law. It took him two years to find his guru and learn the work. However, as an advocate, Bajrang Prasad realised that the biggest challenge is income. In his opinion, in the beginning, Advocacy is not a high earning profession and demands other sources of income to fulfil the necessities. An advocate needs to give four to five years in the field to have a good income.

During covid, it was hard for the new advocates to sustain in the field as there were no cases and thus, no earnings. Many of the new entrants left advocacy altogether. Income was an issue with Bajrang Prasad because many clients who supported financially were having monetary issues themselves. Thus, Covid proved to be a hard time for the advocates.

Bajrang Prasad values Experience more as compared to Education. He feels that a person’s working capacity and practical experience elevates them to success.

Bajrang Prasad advises aspiring advocates to study dedicatedly, work with sincerity and discipline, and constantly keep themselves updated with knowledge. He motivates them to do good work to earn a good income. He also advises them to do fieldwork, meet and help people, and build a trustworthy personality to guarantee success.
