Babu Lal is working in Vidya Bhawan and is responsible for taking good care of the livestock. He learned from his father and feels that we should work hard to achieve our goals.

Babu Lal Gurjar is working as a dairy vendor and caretaker at Vidya Bhawan Krishi Vigyan Kendra.

Babu hails from Govindpura village in Mavli tehsil, Udaipur. His father used to work at Vidya Bhawan and Babu Lal shifted to Udaipur at the age of three. His schooling took place at Vidya Bhawan itself. After working in Indore for four years, he came back and learned from his father, the work related to cow keeping and milk vending. After that, he joined Vidya Bhawan in 2011 and started working in the same field as his father.

Babu Lal says that he used to follow the advice of his father and is also grateful to Hemraj Ji and Devilal Ji for teaching him his work.

Talking about the COVID pandemic, Babu Lal says that he was working during that period as well as animals needed constant care. However, he took all the necessary COVID-related precautions to safeguard his family and himself.

Babu Lal advises the youth who want to get into the business of cow care that initially they should start small and learn the basics of cow keeping.

Babu Lal feels that we should not lose hope in life and should do what we have decided to do with determination and dedication.
