With his initiative to provide IT solutions to small businesses, Ayush is all set to help his clients with product development, software application, designing, and promotion.

Ayush Vyas is the co-founder of “Udaipur Vibes'', an IT startup with a team of six partners possessing different skill sets in disparate sectors like marketing, website development, mobile application development, artificial intelligence, and others. Initially, they are working on a fintech product for small businesses like retailers by offering them a mobile application with basic features. Based on their feedback, he intends to improvise the software on a timely basis to scale up his clients’ businesses.

Ayush is a B.Tech. graduate in Computer Science from Geetanjali Institute of Technology and did his schooling at Central Academy School. He has a handful of working experience in the field of marketing, and he has been running his startup for the past three years now. His startup has been registered under the iStart Nest Incubator, which is a flagship initiative by the Rajasthan Government under the Rajasthan incubation.

Ayush says the COVID pandemic has impacted his business severely by rotating the business model in the exact opposite direction. The business lead generation was minimized, and he felt like they might have to go back to the drawing board. But instead of blaming the situation, they worked their fingers to their bones and stood still. To help people during such difficult times, they developed a mobile app called “essential resources” for social causes, which aimed at bridging the gap between the giver and the receiver in terms of transportation, medicine and health care, free meals, and alike.

Ayush believes in following a five-step process to enter a market or launch a product. He says he had to face many challenges initially, but he had faith in his idea, and he managed to commercialize it in a short span with the help of consistency and patience.

Ayush emphasizes the shift to digital media as a tool on a broader level and how exponential growth has been seen in it, which clearly states the immense scope of the IT sector at a global level. In his view, the IT sector has a lesser chance of going into recession as it has filled all the gaps during the pandemic and proved to be very resourceful in each and every sector through increased use of and dependence upon IT infrastructure.

When asked about his role models, Ayush doesn’t admire any particular person; instead, he believes in himself. He says he has learned a lot from his own conditions and situations.

Talking about challenges, Ayush says that finance is still a major constraint, as Udaipur Vibes is a self-funded startup. In the beginning, he used to take up freelance projects to accumulate funds for his startup project and gradually start it. Moreover, he is also planning to pitch angel investors and venture capitalists in the near future to invest in their project.

According to Ayush, education and experience have equal importance. Education builds the foundation of knowledge, but experience is the key between assumptions and reality. He shares that he mentors his fellow students with his experience, which helps them run their startups.

In terms of leadership, Ayush likes to keep moving with his team to maintain professional ethics. He believes in a two-way communication process with his team members by discussing their professional and personal lives to maintain a healthy working environment. He thinks it helps in boosting their confidence and gaining a sense of loyalty with each other, which helps in the overall growth of the company.

Ayush advises everyone to put in efforts by aligning the goals and to have a mentor who can guide you at every possible step and work accordingly to achieve your goals.

Besides work, Ayush likes to spend time with his teammates, and in times of high work pressure, they like to play some games at work to lighten up the mood.

Ayush’s message to new people is to align your goals by considering your passion and interest and making sure to build a career in that field. To become accomplished, patience and consistency are the keys. Further, you have to be skilled in some or other things to deploy those skills into work and be able to make money out of it so you can start investing your income into your potential project.
