Ayesha Ladha is a Freelance Mom-Influencer and Managing Director of Dee Arabian, her roll-on perfumes business.
Ayesha has been in the field of blogging for the last eight to nine years. Moreover, she works as a PR professional for many brands. She is a self-achiever who has garnered success through her efforts and hard work and without any professional knowledge in the field.
Ayesha says she joined Twitter in 2013 and gradually started sharing her parenting experiences on the platform. Gradually, she started getting paid blogging opportunities and built her blogging career.
Remembering her childhood, Ayesha says she was born and raised in Mumbai. She completed her schooling, UG, and PG in the city and worked in the corporate realm for five years. Her memorable childhood experiences include having dinner together with her family while watching television shows.
Ayesha shares that she started her small perfumes business during the COVID pandemic and received a good response in a span of six to eight months. Currently, she manages her business and blogging simultaneously.
Talking about her struggles, Ayesha says she faced some hiccups while her baby was very young and she had to leave him with others to attend meetings, workshops, and other work commitments. However, the support of her husband in the parenting responsibilities helped her build a career of her own.
About her achievements, Ayesha says being a good daughter, wife, mother, and daughter-in-law are greatest achievements. Moreover, she feels accomplished and grateful when brands approach her and appreciate her work. Her punctuality in work is immensely appreciated by the brands.
Ayesha believes that patience, hard work, and good luck are the keys to success.
When asked about her role models, Ayesha says she is inspired by everyone around her and likes to inherit good qualities from everyone.
During her free time, Ayesha likes to play with her son, watch shows with him, or spend family time.
Ayesha aspires to build a business to empower women and make them independent.
Ayesha advises the youth to be creative, keep humanity alive, be rightly informed, and be consistent with whatever they aspire to do.
