A teacher and advocate by profession, Ashwin thinks that more than academic education, emphasis should be placed on experiential learning for the wholesome development of oneself.

Ashwin Jain is an Advocate and also a Faculty of Business Studies at PFC Education, Udaipur.

Ashwin was born and raised in Udaipur. He received his school education in Udaipur itself. Then he went to Jaipur to complete his bachelors.

Talking about his childhood, Ashwin says that his entire childhood was spent in Udaipur. He is reminiscent of the time that he spent with his friends while growing up.

Ashwin shares that he had exam phobia and owing to that he wouldn’t be able to perform well in his examinations. But later, when he realized that examinations couldn’t decide his future, he could overcome the phobia. Besides, he also says that all this while he followed society's standards without knowing what really interested him. However, when he realized that he also liked Yoga, meditation, etc., he started doing them one by one.

Talking about COVID, Ashwin says that while other people took the pandemic in a negative light, he took it positively.

Ashwin thinks that it’s not required that one should possess good communication and leadership skills to be a tutor. He says that the teaching field itself teaches one how to communicate with people and transmit their knowledge. Besides, to become an ACCA, he feels that one should know the requirements of their customers and should also know how to balance their EQ and IQ.

Ashwin lives each moment of his life as if it is the last moment of his life.

Ashwin thinks that both education and experience are essential in life. However, he says that education should not merely be confined to bookish knowledge. Rather it should be about the holistic development of oneself. Besides, he says that for him, he has learned more from his experience.

Ashwin has no regrets in life, whatsoever. Even if he had the opportunity to go back in time via a Time Machine, he would want to change nothing in his past.

Talking about his role models, Ashiwn says that Sadguru- the Founder of Isha Foundation, and Swami Vivekananda have been his role models.

Ashwin thinks that he was not a born leader. However, he developed leadership qualities with time and experience.

Ashwin says that nothing in life lasts forever neither do your struggles. And he believes in the quote “This Too Shall Pass”, which keeps him psyched up even when all the odds are against him.
