Ashraf Hussain, a bodybuilder and gym owner, has won many national titles in bodybuilding. He aims to transform others lives’ through bodybuilding.

Ashraf Hussain is a bodybuilder and owner of "Fat to Fit Gym" in Udaipur. He has won many body-building competitions, including Mr. Rajasthan and Mr. Udaipur.

Describing his journey, Ashraf says that since his childhood, he has seen his grandfather and father go to the ‘Akhada’ to exercise and keep their bodies fit. Inspired by them, about twenty years ago, he too started going to the gym and working out when there were very few people interested in bodybuilding.

Ashraf recalls his hard times when he had to work hard in the gym at night in addition to driving a car during the day. He gradually began competing in bodybuilding contests.

Ashraf claims that in 2015, he won the titles of Mr. Udaipur and Mr. Rajasthan in bodybuilding competitions. Then he moved to national-level competitions, and in 2019, he won Mr. India, and in the same year, he won the titles of Mr.Mewar and Mr. Rajasthan.

Ashraf's advice to everyone is that bodybuilding is an expensive process, so one must be passionate and persistent in this field to achieve their goals.
