Having an experience of a decade in the field of mechanical engineering, Ashish Vyas gradually climbed the ladder of success in his life through his hard work and determination.

Ashish Vyas hails from Rawatbhata, a very small town in Rajasthan. He completed his entire schooling from a school in Rawatbhata and chose mathematics as his subject in his senior secondary. Going forward, he did his engineering in Mechanical from Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur. Ashish was not very good in academics but he was always very enticed with machines around him. Currently, he is working at an MNC called Gea Process Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and manages all the junk data of the company. He says growing up in Rawatbhata, he got enough free time to explore a lot of things, as children in small towns don’t have other distractions and in addition, he never had to lose any of his friends growing up.

Ashish considers his mother as his role model in life because no matter what the situation is, or whether she is correct or wrong, she always carries an opinion of her own. Ashish firmly believes one should not follow the trend blindly and always have their own opinions and thoughts about things in life.

During the covid-19 pandemic, Ashish was stuck alone during the first wave in Vadodara which was a tough time for him but eventually, he returned home before the second wave and got to spend quality time with his newborn son. He also did not face any financial issues whatsoever as he was working from home during the entire lockdown. He considers the lockdown as a blessing because he could spend so much time with his family.

If he could go back in time, Ashish wants to relive his college life again. He wants to be free of all the responsibilities and just enjoy being with his friends like he used to do. He feels the worst part is that it was only for four years but if he could somehow relive those moments, he would love to go back and do it.

Ashish believes experience is something that not only helps a person to learn something but it also helps them to move ahead in life with better self-confidence. He feels that it is our mistakes that we learn from and if we can overcome them once, we always try not to make them again.

Ashish believes that leadership is a tough call. He currently manages a team of six where he always tries to work like a member of the team and not a leader. He believes a leader is a person who can lead the team rather than dictating the work that has to be done.

For youngsters, Ashish advises them to always look for new things to learn and stop running behind the money. He advises them to give at least two hours per week to develop new skills and learn something new.

In his free time, Ashish loves to read books and travel long distances on a bike, with his wife as his travel partner. He loves to explore new places and feels blessed to have a partner.
