Ashish started working at the age of thirteen and gradually understood the nitty-gritty of running a business. He is a successful entrepreneur today, running multiple companies.

Ashish Kothari is the owner of Litomatic Tech Pvt. Ltd. and Kardhar Electric Pvt. Ltd. He has been associated with the electrical and lighting field for the last 32 years.

Ashish was born in Mumbai but shifted to Udaipur with his family when he was three years old, and since then he has lived in Udaipur.

Ashish faced struggles and tough times in his early years. He came to know that some problems were going on in his family business, and so he decided to contribute to that business and try to improve it gradually. He started working at the age of thirteen. Soon he went on to open multiple firms in the fields of electrical, hardware, wires and cables, and lighting, where Kardhar Electric Pvt. Ltd. is their newest venture.

Ashish believes that his leadership skills increased day-by-day as he gained experience in his business. He says that initially he was working alone, then he formed a team of three, and as he grew up, his team kept on increasing.

Ashish thinks that we get education at an early age when we are not able to gain experience, so education is a very important part of life. And he also feels that education plays a bigger role later in life because when we start experiencing things along with knowledge, and when we start using those things in our field, then we understand how important education is.

Ashish requests the young generation that whenever you do any work, work with your whole heart in it, and with your passion, take it to such an extent that no one could stop you from being successful.

Ashish says that due to the lockdown, all the businesses were affected. But he tried to learn many things during that time, planned to launch some new products, and trained the team internally to prepare them for the coming time. Everyone pushed themselves in business as soon as the lockdown opened, and they again achieved 100% of their business, which had been reduced to 70% due to the lockdown restrictions.

If Ashish gets a chance to go back in time, he would love to be with his friends again and relive his moments with them.

Ashish’s role model is Tribhuvan Kabra because, seeing him work, he gets to learn many things, and he wishes to imbibe some of his business mantras in his life to get going with his business and take it a long way.
