Arvind Singh Pemawat is a man of behaviour. He is an enthusiastic and avid person and has completed his 13 years in the fields of management teaching, training and placement, career development, corporate communication etc.

Arvind Singh Pemawat was born and brought up in Bhitwara, Pali district of Rajasthan. He completed his schooling from Swami Vivekananda school and twelfth from the famous Jain institute, Pali. He was a very obedient and compliant student since his childhood. He also used to take part in various cultural activities. He was one of the toppers in NCC and represented his college at national level. His father was an officer in the Sub-divisional telecom office BSNL.

Arvind started his career as a banker in HDFC bank. Soon he shifted to Mahindra Holidays and worked as Member Relationship Officer there Arvind decided to leave the job as he was not satisfied there. As he had great command over his communication skills, he decided to move to the teaching field, and joined Pacific University. He did teaching, training, career development and placements there and after having three-four years of experience he moved to Geetanjali College as the - Head of Career Development in 2014 where he is currently working.

Talking about his job, Arvind says that he feels very much satisfied while motivating and guiding the students. Initially, he wanted to become a pilot but God had different plans for him. He finds himself a good communicator and motivator and he is doing great in his profession. He feels very much content while teaching his students and guiding them to choose the correct path according to their education and interest. Every year he helps more than 2,500 students of his institution to choose their careers and helps in their placement.

Arvind feels that unemployment is the greatest problem in India. But this is not because we don't have enough job opportunities, but because students have less knowledge in their subjects and are not skilled.

Arvind’s role model is his grandfather. He was not an educated person but his thoughts were so practical and logical that even educated people can’t have them. He also finds APJ Abdul Kalam as his role model as he was a saintly and simple person.

Talking about education and experience, Arvind says that both are no doubt inter-connected but education generally fulfills one's eligibility for the career a person wants to choose. Whereas experience makes a person perfect.

Watching movies, spending time with friends and exploring different places are some of the pastimes of Arvind.

Last but not the least, Arvind wants to suggest to people who would like to come in this field that if a person has the quality to understand the ability of students, capable of managing time and human resources he can succeed in this field.
