Arvind Singh Sajwan is a Yoga cum Fitness trainer. He runs a fitness organization in Jaipur named FitYog with a motive to keep people fit physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Arvind Singh hails from Jaipur. He has done his graduation with B.Com and followed his passion to have a career related to sports. With a motive to keep people fit, he has helped more than 2000 individuals through his organization.
Recalling his childhood memories, Arvind says that he was more inclined towards sports than academics and had a great childhood. He says that he was passionate about sports from an early age and decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry as he grew up.
Talking about the challenges in his life journey, Arvind says that leaving a well-settled job and starting a new career from scratch was difficult for him. However, during his last job, he decided to start taking fitness classes and eventually started his journey. He says that he took fitness and yoga training under the guidance of his yoga Guru Shree Dhakaram. Thereafter he started his own fitness organization. He believes that his corporate skills have helped him a lot in the fitness industry.
Arvind advises people to never compromise their health by quoting “Health is Wealth”. He says that it is very important to invest time in your own self in order to bring a positive change in yourself and stay fit. He further adds that workouts and healthy eating habits are equally important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Talking about stress, Arvind says that it is very important to identify the root cause in order to deal with stress and anxiety. He advises people to find a solution to the problem and if they cannot, just leave it for some time and everything will fall into place eventually. Music and yoga are the best to deal with stress and anxiety, Arvind says.
Arvind believes in living in the present, working hard with honesty, and achieving his goals and enjoying a sense of well-being.
