Arvind is working in the education sector and has been teaching from a young age. He learned from his father and is using principles taught by him in running his schools.

Arvind Rathi is a teacher and the headmaster at Madhav Public School.

Arvind hails from Nimbahera and did his schooling there itself. After that, he did M.A. in Political Science and English.

Arvind says that he has been giving tuition since his student days. His father used to run a coaching institute and Arvind helped him in this by teaching the evening batches. He says that he had to see economic and social hard times in life but the teachings of his father and the Bhagawad Geeta always helped him in overcoming them.

Talking about his role models, Arvind says that his father is the one for him. His father struggled a lot in his life but still managed to give a good education to his children. It is the result of his dedication that today they are running three schools successfully.

Sharing his experience of the COVID-19 pandemic, Arvind says that it was a trying time for everyone. He says that watching the epic serials Mahabharat and Ramayana on TV, and doing Yoga and Pranayama became a part of his daily routine. He also helped in arranging ration kits for people in distress.

Arvind advises the youth who want to come into the field of teaching to practice patience. He feels that till a student is six years old, a teacher should forgive fifteen mistakes of theirs which will help them learn and not repeat the mistake in future. Also, a teacher should have knowledge of their culture and traditions so that the same can be taught to students is what Arvind feels.

In his free time, Arvind likes reading books, doing Yoga, and spending time with his elders to learn more.
