An enthusiastic teacher, Arvind believes that satisfaction is the most important thing that defines your success. As a teacher, he always tried to give effective guidelines to his students according to their potential.

Arvind Pathak is the Centre Head at Career Point in Udaipur.

Recalling his childhood, Arvind says that in ninth grade he chose Biology, collected more than 100 specimens for the practicals, got full marks, and topped the district. He also started teaching students in his college days.

Talking about his journey, Arvind says that he completed his BSc from Haridwar and then did an MA in Sociology. Initially, he worked as a Computer teacher at Methodex Technology Ltd. in Delhi. He was appointed to Tonk and provided his services there for seven years. Then he got an opportunity to join Birla Vidya Mandir School, Nainital, as a computer teacher.  After one year, he went to Ajmer. Later, he came to Udaipur and started Animation Gaming Academy, and then he also opened at least more than 20 CBSE and RBSE-affiliated schools. Currently, he has been working with Career Point for the last ten years.

Sharing his achievements, Arvind says that he has been working in the field of education for the last 23 years. His students are placed at top levels, which is his biggest accomplishment.

Arvind’s role model is his teacher, Ravindra, who always guided him.

The quote that motivates him a lot is "I lose every time, but I know I was born to win."

Arvind advises that it is important to choose your field according to your interests and potential. Work hard and keep moving until you achieve success.
