Arvind Parihar has been working as a Business Manager at IPCA Laboratories Ltd in Mumbai for the last eighteen years. The main activities of this company are to produce medical formulations for Neurological and Psychotic segments of the medical industry. He looks after and is responsible for its business growth in the long run.

Arvind was born and brought up in Bikaner, Rajasthan. He did his 11th & 12th in Science-Biology from a school in Bikaner itself and then did B.Sc. from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. After finishing his college, he started his journey as a Medical Representative for a couple of years. Then he worked at Cipla Laboratories and then switched to IPCA Laboratories, where he is working till date.

Arvind is a member of the Rajasthan Medical And Sales Representatives Union, Jaipur. In a way, he also assists and supports Indian Academy of Pediatrics and Indian Medical Association of Doctors in their welfare work.

Arvind considers Arun Joshi as his role model because coming out of poverty, he made himself a big business tycoon and even at the age of fifty-six, his passion for work is the same. This is what inspires him to move forward in life.

When asked about the mistakes he made, Arvind says that he started his career with Cipla Laboratories, but he left it just after two-and-a-half years and he feels that that was the biggest mistake of his life.

Arvind says that when the whole country was in lockdown during the Covid pandemic, he did not leave any opportunity to serve humanity along with the entire medical fraternity. He worked so hard that he could give medical aid to as many people as possible.

According to Arvind, Education is very important whether you want to take up a job or become an entrepreneur, basic education is a must. It will guide you in which field you should make your career and then comes the Experience. Further, your experience will guide you to the path of progress and help to take the graph of your life move upwards.

Arvind says that Success is not just earning money, but earning money along with name, fame, identity and faith in the eyes of people and society.

Arvind recommends that in todays’ era, there is so much scope in FMCG and Pharma industries that if anyone wants to make his career in it, they can come forward. But you must come with passion, determination and required skills to never be defeated in your career. He suggests everyone to keep updating yourself with time and never stop your passion for learning.
