Arpita Mangal is the Founder and Managing Director of Little Artists Studio. She is a primary teacher but creativity has always been a part of her. Since her childhood, Arpita has been passionate about drawing, painting, art and craft.
Arpita comes from Indore and belonged to a reserved family wherein women were not allowed to work. However, upon getting married and fulfilling all her family responsibilities, Arpita thought of doing something for herself. This is when she decided to become a teacher following her love for kids.
During the pandemic, Arpita got an opportunity to exhibit her skills and her family also supported her to run her own Art Studio. In April 2021, she started her online Art classes in the name of Little Artists Studio for the age group of 4-13 years of age. Arpita conducts workshops on eco-friendly products and other art forms where students from abroad as well attend her classes. She says that Art helps one boost their imagination and creativity, along with refining their motor skills. Arpita, as a teacher, believes in having an interactive session with her students and teaches them Maths and Science as well along with Art.
Arpita believes that every human being is a learner and she continues to learn from her surroundings. She says that the pandemic made us realise the importance of our family and friends, something which is equally important besides our work life. It also made her technologically efficient as per the need of today’s time.
If Arpita had a Time Machine, she would revisit her childhood and enjoy her free time which she misses today as an adult.
Arpita says that without experience, education is of no relevance. As a teacher, she believes that just having knowledge is not enough but when you teach, you gain experience which is valuable. Arpita asserts that experience is the best teacher and advises keeping a balance between both Education and Experience.
In her free time, besides painting, Arpita likes to dance, cook and listen to music.
She advises the youth to focus on one thing at a time and don’t give up soon since success takes time to arrive.
Arpita believes in having no regrets and pursuing what makes you happy in life.
