A yoga artist, Arjun won national competitions and developed exceptional yoga skills through his dedication and perseverance. His passion for yoga led to healing benefits and a sense of peace for him.

Arjun Parmar is a yoga artist who has participated in and won many the national-level competitions. Earlier, he used to do gymnastics, but due to physical injuries, he lost interest in gymnastics and joined yoga. Initially, for him, it was a challenge to develop body flexibility, but he gradually improved with consistent practice.

Born and raised in Pali, Rajasthan Arjun stays with his family in Ajmer, where his father works in a furniture manufacturing unit. Since his childhood, he has seen the hardships of a middle-class family, so he always tries to manage the expenses of his yoga competitions on his own.

Remembering his childhood, Arjun says he used to enjoy bicycle riding very much and doing stunts on it. But nowadays he is busy practicing for national yoga competitions, so he is unable to spare time for his bicycle stunts.

Speaking about his challenges, Arjun says that during one national yoga competition, he fell down from the stage and hurt his chin. He got a few stitches and had to take a break from practicing for a while. He used to think of quitting yoga, but his coach and other friends were very supportive and encouraged him to keep going and not give up on his passion. He practices hard every day to improve his skills and reach his goals. Sometimes he suffers from severe back pain, but he never lets it stop him from pursuing his passion. He always pushes through the pain and remains determined to succeed in the upcoming national yoga competition.

Arjun looks up to Neeraj Chopra, a star athlete, who also overcame physical obstacles to achieve greatness in his sport, as a role model. He also seeks inspiration from his yoga coach, who always encourages him to practice hard and motivates him in low times.

When asked to compare education and experience, Arjun says he believes that both are important in their own ways, but for him, experience is more crucial. He says there is no use in education if one does not get the opportunity to apply it in real-life situations and gain practical knowledge.

To aspirants who want to be yoga artists, Arjun says that to become a yoga artist, it is essential to continuously practice and refine your skills, as well as seek opportunities to teach and share your knowledge with others. There are many yoga training institutes, and you can even learn from online platforms, but consistency and patience are the keys to one's success in the yoga field. It is important to continuously practice and learn from experienced teachers.

Arjun urges young aspirants to forget pain if they really want to grow and be successful in the yoga field. He believes that pushing through discomfort and embracing challenges is necessary for personal growth and achieving success in yoga. Arjun also emphasizes the importance of maintaining a positive mindset and cultivating a deep passion for yoga, as these qualities will fuel one's dedication and drive to excel in their practice.
