Archana rebelled against her parents to become a  teacher and worked hard to achieve higher ranks in her teaching career with determination.

Archana Sharma is a Hindi Lecturer at Shaheed Amit Bhardwaj Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Jaipur. She has been working in the education field for the last thirty-three years.

Archana did her schooling at a government school in Sri Ganganagar district. She did B.Ed. from Seth G.L. Bihani S.D. PG College, Sri Ganganagar.

Archana shares that her father who was a teacher was her idol and that was the reason she also wanted to pursue her career in the field of teaching. She began her journey as a third-grade teacher and gradually got promoted and progressed in her career. She faced a lot of challenges and transfers in her journey. However, she was determined to grow in her career and overcame every challenge that came her way.

Sharing her opinion on the value of education and experience, Archana says that education and experience both go hand in hand and are equally important in a person’s life.

Giving advice to the upcoming teachers, Archana tells them to keep working on their goals until they achieve them . Further, Archana asks all parents to allow their children to pursue what they want to do as it will help them achieve success in their lives.
