Archana realized her dream of becoming a teacher and has been living a cheerful life.

Archana Pandey is a Teacher at Central Public School, Udaipur.

Born and raised in Pune, Archana moved to Udaipur after her marriage. She enjoyed an active and joyful childhood. Academically, she did an M.A. in English Literature and another M.A. in Public Administration. She then did B.Ed after getting married.

Talking about the struggles in her life, Archana says that the most difficult time was when her son had to undergo surgeries. Furthermore, she says, the looming possibility of his son undergoing another surgery in future terrifies her.

Archana considers her parents and her brother as her role models. She says that they have been strong supporting pillars in her life. She also admires the director of CPS - Mrs. Alka Sharma, who, she says, carries numerous good qualities to learn from. She also takes inspiration from the stories by Sudha Murthy and the dynamism of Hon. PM Narendra Modi.

During the COVID period, Archana rediscovered her hobby of writing poetry. She also spent quality time with her family cooking various dishes. On the professional front, she says that she got to learn teaching through the online mode. All in all, she says, it was a growing period for her.

When free, Archana likes to organize and decorate her home. She also likes painting, listening to music, going on outings, and spending time with her family.

Given a chance to go back to the past with a Time Machine, Archana would like to revisit the time of her school days, which was full of joy and liberty.

Advising aspiring teachers, Archana says that before becoming a teacher, you should keep in mind that you are preparing the minds of the next generation and thus must give your hundred percent effort in teaching them.
