Facing all the challenges in life with determination, Aradhna is stabilizing herself and learning the ropes of working in the teaching field to grow professionally and support her family.

Aradhna Joshi has been working as a teacher at The Stanvard Senior Secondary School for eight years.

Aradhna was born and brought up in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. She completed her education up to 12th and then after marriage came to Udaipur. She did STC from Residency school. Then, she completed her B.A. and M.A. from Sukhadia University.

Talking about the journey of her life, Aradhana says that her struggle started after her husband passed away in 2015. She joined The Stanvard School in 2016 and since then she is working here satisfactorily. She received good moral support from her colleagues, says Aradhna.

Talking about her views on the importance of education as compared to experience, Aradhna says that experience is more important than education because an experienced person can work more and can guide an educated person too.

Talking about role models in her life, Aradhana says that she considers her husband as her role model who always praised her abilities and motivated her to move ahead and build up her career.

Sharing her Covid experience, Aradhana says that, during the pandemic, she spent time with her family. Also, it was a tough time for her, too, just as it was for everyone.

When asked about her hobbies and interests, Aradhana says that she likes to cook food and serve it with love. She also says that she likes to do stitching and make new things with old clothes in her spare time.

To one and all, Aradhana suggests that if you want to bring a change in others, first you should bring a change in yourself.
