Anurag Godbole is an Artist and feels that the present time is full of new opportunities for aspirants of this field.

Anurag Godbole is from Mumbai. He is a Music Producer and Composer. He has been working in this field for the past eight years. He has done work for many Marathi films and advertisements, and also for a Bollywood film, 1982- A Love Marriage.

Anurag shares that his family has been Music lovers. His father, with his friends, had a Music Band by the name ‘Roopak’ and Anurag used to go to watch them perform.

Anurag believes that Success is a very subjective concept and might be different for different people. For him, it is about achieving the things that he has decided to do in life.

Talking about Role Models, Anurag says that legends like A. R. Rehman, Shankar Mahadevan, Jatin-Lalit, R. D. Burman, and many more have inspired him in his musical journey. He also learns from Sadguru of the Isha Foundation and tries to work according to his teachings.

Anurag says that someone advised him not to limit himself to being a Music Composer only and try to explore different areas. This resulted in him becoming a Music Producer as well and Anurag is grateful that he did listen to this advice. He feels that we should not restrict ourselves to one field and try to take on new challenges in life.

Anurag says that Covid was a tough time for everyone. He did not have to face many problems on the professional front and kept working on Music and composing new things.

Anurag shares that watching his first Marathi film with his mother in the theater was one of his proudest moments for him.

Anurag opines that with the advent of technology and social media, opportunities have increased manifold for newcomers. They should not miss any opportunity and grab them the very instance they come to them.

In his free time, Anurag likes to cook something new and even meditate to clear his mind.
